All the Gospels in the New Testament of the Holy Bible tell about the life of Jesus, yet each Book may have a special message. The Gospel of John is the fourth book among the Gospels in the New Testament. We learn from Catholic tradition that it was written by St John the Apostle, son of Zebedee.St John is known to be the disciple whom Jesus loved the most. He is also believed to be the youngest among the 12 Apostles. It shouldn’t be surprising that it was His most favorite disciple who wrote the Gospel which describes Jesus the most. Jesus reveals Himself more and more to the one who loves Him the most.
